We will show how AI can be integrated into HR processes to work more efficiently, react faster to change and improve employee and company performance.

- Optimising the work environment with AI (e.g. job matching, improving team dynamics)
- Case studies and practical exercises on candidate selection and optimising the working environment
Day 3: AI in performance appraisal and human resource management
- AI-based performance appraisal methods and tools
- Optimisation of human resource management tasks using AI (e.g. workforce planning, rotation)
- Project work and presentation on practical application of lessons learned
